Gaho Burihabwa

In Hamburg we meet ex-military officer and chairman of the organization Deutscher Soldat e.V, Ntagahoraho “Gaho” Burihabwa. Here we get to know more about his experiences as a black man in the armed forces and what it means to grow up in a German parallel society in Nairobi, Kenia.

Since a couple of years, Currently Gaho works as a Policy and Planning Officer in the Department of Peacekeeping Operations at the United Nations in New York.
